:: She wanted to yell at him, right in his face, and tell him everything that he had done wrong. But she couldn't. She could only stare into his eyes, waiting. But then...he left. He picked up his bag, turned away, and left. He didn't even look back over his shoulder. And so there she sat, alone. ::
Aw, this is the most depressing thing I've seen in a long time. Especially because I've actually kinda been in Adam's position. I was very close with a particular girl once, as friends at least.. In fact, they even look a bit like we do. But anyways, I did love her, and by the time she was ready to admit love for me back, my feelings had already begun to fade, and her indecision led us to part. So both of us felt pretty badly about it, and I can relate to this. As a happy ending, we are still close friends, but still, there was a very dark time period for us both.
Anyways, there's my depressing reminiscence for today. This is well drawn (the whole series) and conveys a lot of emotion.
It was based of an actual event..almost word for word.. It's good that you and her have a good friendship now..unfortunately I havent spoken to "Adam" in months.. Thank you, the emotions in it are reflective of what I felt..I had drawn it right after it had happened
I'm glad you liked it
It makes me feel good that something that could hurt then can be appreciated as a work of art and come to mean something not so bad with time
